Primarily, he is a civil litigator, which involves 75% of his time. The balance revolves around business law, with a focus on the needs of small business in Simcoe County. During that time he has served in a variety of capacities in several community organizations including a term as a director of the Barrie Public Library. Caroline graduated with a Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2011 where she studied a diverse array of subjects. She has developed a strong interest in business law, particularly the law of taxation in Canada. During her time at Osgoode, she was involved with Pro Bono Students Canada where she served as an advocate for the needs of clients with the Family Law Project and contributed to contemporary research in disability law with ARCH. She also volunteered as duty counsel for Osgoode's Community and Legal Aid Services Programme.</div> <bR> <div> Caroline has close ties to Simcoe County; her ancestry going back over a century in the region. As of August 1, 2011, Caroline will be a member of the Simcoe County Young Professionals Association.
