Professional Experience   Called to the Bar, April 7, 1979, in the Province of Ontario. 2010 - present  Member of the Greater Barrie Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors 2007 - present  Sole Practitioner carrying on a general practice with a primary focus on Civil Litigation. 1998 -  2007    Member of the Service Law Firm LLP, a limited liability partnership, with two partners, one associated lawyer and four staff.  The civil litigation portion of the practice is my primary responsibility. 1997 - 1998     Sole Practitioner carrying on a general practice with a primary focus on Civil Litigation. 1991 - 1997     Managing partner of Service, Nichols, MacLeod, a three-partner, general practice.  The practice focused primarily in the areas of Family Law, Real Estate Law and Civil Litigation.  The latter two areas were my primary responsibility. 1989 - 1991     Managing partner of Service and Nichols, a two partner law firm in Barrie.  The firm carried on a general practice with my personal practice dealing primarily with Real Estate Law, Construction Liens and Civil Litigation. 1986 - 1989     Sole practitioner operating a general practice in Barrie increasing in size to three solicitors with staff increasing from two to five.  My aspect of the practice concentrated almost entirely on Real Estate Law. 1984 - 1986     Managing partner of the Barrie office of a three partner/three office partnership, Greenfield, Service.  This was a general practice consisting primarily of Real Estate Law, Family Law and Civil Litigation. 1979 - 1983     Managing partner of the Alliston office of Greenfield, Service.
